Conference fee covers attendance in conference sessions, Conference Proceedings, Certificate of Attendance,
refreshments during breaks, light buffet lunch and conference dinner.
You will be asked to select the method of payment (Wire transfer or Bank transaction in Serbian dinars) in the registration form.
Upon payment of the conference fee, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your official receipt.
The conference fee for participants from Serbia is 18,000 RSD including VAT.

The Conference will be held on 25 and 26 September 2025 at hotel “Sunce” in Sokobanja.
Single room with breakfast - 10,040 RSD (per night, VAT included)
Double room with breakfast - 14,380 RSD (per night, VAT included)
NOTICE: The package includes unlimited use of the Wellness & Spa Center (outdoor and indoor swimming pools, hydromassage bath,
