Guidelines

Abstracts of papers proposed for presentation at the Conference will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Each abstract should be written in A4 format, with a maximum length of 300 words, in both English and Serbian (authors from abroad should submit the English version only). The abstract should include: the title of the paper (maximum 20 words), authors' names, affiliations, full postal addresses, telephone numbers, ORCID and e-mail addresses. Authors are invited to classify their papers according to the scientific fields of noise and vibration listed previously. A copy of the abstract should be sent to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail as a Word document no later than May 15, 2026. Authors will be informed of the Program Committee's decision by May 25, 2026. The full paper must be received no later than September 1, 2026. Accepted papers, after peer review, will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Extended versions of selected papers will be published in Facta Universitatis, Series: Working and Living Environmental Protection.

The official language of the Conference is English. 

During the Conference, two workshops will be organized. The workshop themes and the moderators will be defined subsequently. Workshops will be held in English. Companies and institutions are invited to present their achievements in developing devices and materials, protection technique and instrumentation in the field of noise and vibration. Exhibition, booth and table reservation are available at the Conference Secretariat.
